Founder of DelvTech David Wharton is a key driving force in product design, development and identifying markets. With over 20 years experience as a scuba diver (seven years professionally, including owner operator of two S.E.A diver training schools), David has a good understanding of the physics, physiology, and business of diving both recreational and commercial. David’s other achievements include a variety of senior management positions for start-up companies, such as Surveillance Technologies Ltd and Focus Security Ltd, (commercial risk and loss prevention companies, covert CCTV and private investigations operations). David has also held a number of senior sales and marketing, management roles in distribution organisations for the CFG group of companies.
